Proactively identify performance gaps and architect rapid recovery plans
Create compelling cross-product experiences by anchoring Stream+ within the broader TELUS ecosystem
Synthesize complex data into high-impact performance updates and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

3+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of owning national portfolios or acquisition-heavy roles
Ability to move from high-level strategy to granular execution, specifically within pricing and promotional frameworks
You are 'hands-on' with data, comfortable translating performance metrics into actionable recovery plans or growth tactics
A 'test and learn' mindset with the ability to pivot strategies quickly based on real-time market feedback
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and present performance narratives to senior leadership
Self-motivated and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving streaming landscape
Nice to haves: A solid understanding of TELUS Consumer Solutions across both wireless and wireline units
Deep experience within the telecommunications, OTT streaming, or media industries
