Serve as a central point of contact for VALD’s departments, providing support, updates on project progress and addressing their marketing needs effectively.
Support Business Development & lead marketing efforts in France.
Work with the EU Operations Manager in day-to-day activities which include internal & external communications and event coordination.
Work with the HQ Marketing team assisting in managing projects across creative, research, design and social channel management for France.
Manage initiatives to enhance VALD’s client experience.
Coordinate with local & global network of partner content creators ensuring quality communication is upheld & promoted.
Maintain currency of the Marketing Team WIP.
Service teams across the globe, spanning multiple time zones.
Coordinate events/conferences, including managing updating assets, printing, merchandising, apparel and content to meet critical deadlines.
Be the critical point of contact for other VALD departments who may seek marketing support, updates on the progress of marketing projects and discussing requirements.
Requirements
Native French Speaker.
Business level English proficiency.
1-3 years previous experience in B2B/Product Marketing or a marketing-adjacent fast-paced role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and used to working to deadlines.
Experienced or highly interested in managing and learning end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Able to critically analyze information and share feedback effectively to a multidisciplinary marketing team.
Open and eager to receive feedback, and keen to actively work to improve as a professional and team member.
A people-person and a confident communicator, both written and verbally.
