Plan and oversee strategic e‑commerce projects in a VTEX environment.
Lead implementation, migration, replatforming, and continuous improvement projects.
Define and evolve PMO governance for e‑commerce projects.
Serve as a VTEX reference, supporting technical and strategic decisions.
Lead scope, schedule, budget planning, and risk management.
Facilitate alignment between technology, business, and VTEX partners.
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Create and track project KPIs and metrics.
Drive continuous improvement and the evolution of agile maturity.
Requirements
Experience managing digital and e‑commerce projects.
Experience working on VTEX Enterprise projects.
Knowledge of VTEX IO / Store Framework and e‑commerce integrations.
Experience with agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with portfolio management and roadmapping.
Ability to read technical documentation and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a consultative approach.
