Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams
Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights using claims, CRM, and other commercial datasets
Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including HCP targeting, patient analytics, and performance tracking
Build and optimize data queries (SQL) and datasets to support reporting, analytics, and ongoing business needs
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
Support KPI development and tracking across commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Assist in the execution of omnichannel analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through QA/QC checks and adherence to data governance standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support data integration and reporting delivery
Contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics capabilities, including automation, efficiency, and new data sources
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field required, master’s degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets (e.g., claims, CRM, patient-level, or HCP-level data)
Proven experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Experience supporting commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Market Access preferred
Exposure to omnichannel analytics, KPI tracking, or performance measurement frameworks is a plus
Experience working with data vendors (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, Veeva) or similar data sources preferred
Ability to connect business questions to analytical approaches, and deliver insights that directly inform commercial decisions
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality control (QA/QC), and consistency across outputs
Prior experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to travel up to ~10% as needed.
