Support the IT organization by developing and managing digital strategic sourcing initiatives for software, hardware, and professional services
Lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions
Mitigate risk and negotiate contracts, while ensuring compliance and supporting business needs
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers
Collaborate with business units to assess requirements and develop sourcing/contracting strategies
Lead the RFx process (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
Manage supplier relationship management (SRM) for strategic suppliers
Oversee a portfolio of critical suppliers and execute category strategies for IT cybersecurity and hardware projects
Analyze bids, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery and performance
Interpret commercial, financial, and business data to minimize risk and recommend qualified contractors

Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or Engineering)
Master’s preferred
4+ years IT sourcing experience (hardware, software, cloud, support)
4+ years in purchasing, contracts, or commercial roles required
Experience negotiating with IT vendors; strong understanding of IT technologies
C.P.M. or C.P.S.M. certification beneficial
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PowerBI, and Ariba
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; comfortable with ambiguity and change
