Requirements
- 100% Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to build immediate rapport over the phone
- High sense of ownership and self-starter initiative
- High-speed internet and professional camera/video setup
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients in a remote capacity.
