Originate and lead commercial consulting engagements across CDD, organic revenue growth, customer lifetime value, sales effectiveness and sales enablement.
Own client relationships at Board and CxO level, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
Build and scale Unity’s commercial consulting practice, including proposition development, IP, and talent strategy.
Contribute to Unity’s broader leadership, representing the firm in market forums to expand market share across the Corporate mid-market and Private Equity.
Requirements
12+ years of consulting or senior industry leadership in front-office / GTM transformation.
Proven track record of winning, shaping, and delivering large-scale transformation engagements, including PE-backed value creation mandates.
Deep expertise in revenue quality, commercial performance levers, and the mechanics of converting commercial improvement into sustainable EBITDA growth.
Established network with C-suite executives and industry leaders, particularly across the Coporate mid-market and Private Equity.
Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire teams and clients.
