Contribute to building and enhancing our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities. Develop compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job profiles, and create effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including candidate assessment and interview techniques.
Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, evaluate candidate quality, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and present key findings to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Effectively manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in sourcing and selecting top talent.
Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with relevant policies. Implement best practices in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and recruitment strategies.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in recruiting ideally with SaaS companies
5+ years managing a team, ideally within a scaling SaaS tech company
Experience building reports and presenting findings to an executive team
Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
