Role Overview
- Prepare payroll payslips
- Complete statutory social filings (DSN)
- Manage employee onboardings and exits (DPAE, employment contracts, final settlements, etc.)
- Advise clients
- Support clients in using their payroll software (Silae)
- Provide payroll technical support to teams and clients
- Participate in payroll configuration and social updates
- Work on social and HR consulting assignments (social audits, cost analysis, ...) and monitor social legislation.
Requirements
- Specialized payroll qualification (professional title, Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent)
- Significant experience in an accounting firm or multi-collective agreement environment
- Strong knowledge of Silae software
- Organizational skills, thoroughness and adaptability
- Client-service orientation and team spirit
