Role Overview
lead and scale service operations initiatives across the organization
drive alignment between strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency
program & initiative management of key strategic priorities
leverage data and feedback for improvement
define and manage key performance metrics
partner with senior leadership across Services, Sales, and Operations
drive implementation of new processes and tools
evaluate initiative effectiveness and adjust strategies for sustained results
Requirements
5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree in Service Delivery, Service Operations, or a related field
proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
strong executive presence and communication skills
data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into actionable improvements and measurable outcomes
comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
