About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support to the Finance department, with a focus on accounts payable
- Assist with expense reimbursements and advances for domestic travel
- Perform control and monitoring of expense reports
- Update reimbursement spreadsheets, ensuring correct allocation to cost centers
- Track deadlines for requests and their respective settlements
- Assist in organizing accounts payable processes
- Support employees by clarifying reimbursement-related questions
- Assist with posting payments in the financial system
- Provide support for onboarding new employees
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
- Knowledge of Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, with good communication skills
