Drive the execution and operationalization of systems, tools, and processes that support core business programs and strategic initiatives
Partner with business, sales, and operations stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Manage a portfolio of technical and process-related initiatives in partnership with internal technology teams and external vendors
Own communication around program progress, priorities, roadmaps, and key dependencies
Support the definition of system and process requirements needed to meet business growth and market development goals
Help evaluate technical solutions and ensure they align with business needs and operational realities
Prioritize incoming requests and requirements in support of company and field team objectives
Provide visibility into project timelines, roadmaps, and risks, escalating issues when needed
Partner with relevant teams to manage data, reporting, and insights from systems and tools
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across go-to-market processes and workflows

8–13 years of experience in program management, business systems, sales operations, enablement, product operations, or related roles
Experience supporting go-to-market functions such as pre-sales, sales, customer success, onboarding, or related business operations
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery
Experience working with CRM or adjacent go-to-market technologies
Bachelor’s degree required
