Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions
Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up
Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality
Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings
Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed
Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team
Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment
Are exceptionally organized and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
Are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business software
