As part of our business development team in Ireland, you will manage our product categories and contribute to the successful growth of our brand in the Irish market.
You will:Support the launch of 11 new products in Ireland, including 4 beds, 3 Performance line mattresses and 4 Original line mattresses.
Monitor online sales performance and use insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
Provide actionable product insights to the marketing team to support impactful and effective campaigns.
Regularly analyze the sleep products market, including: trends, customer behavior and competition.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to understand product positioning, pricing, promotions and gaps in the market.
Suggest ideas to enhance the customer experience based on feedback and market understanding.
Be supported and mentored by a senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.
Requirements
Fluent in English; knowledge of the Irish market is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills, proactive and quick to learn.
A collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
Comfortable taking ownership, working independently and driving results.
