Expand and maintain business relationships with existing customers to achieve sustainable revenue and market share growth in line with the global company strategy
Support and develop customers such as electrical installers, electrical wholesalers, planners, architects, project managers and public institutions
Actively acquire new customers and optimize the existing customer structure to maximize business potential
Independently manage the financial development of the sales territory with a focus on profitability
Nationwide mobility for major customer and end-user projects across Switzerland, especially for strategically relevant tenders and project phases
Close collaboration with sales management, inside sales and related specialist departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
Completed vocational technical or technical-commercial qualification with solid sales experience in complex, consultative technical products
Strong communication and negotiation skills, professional presence and a high closing orientation
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative
Ideally experience in lighting or related technical industries
Confident use of tender systems such as SIMAP and knowledge of relevant project processes
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and motivation to actively develop the sales region
