About this role
Role Overview
Lead efforts to expand the client base globally and maintain relations with our clients
Follow global policies and corporate strategies related to fuels, transportation, and vehicle emissions
Actively support and acquire new clients
Present our products and services, provide competent advice, and contribute directly to the company’s success
Conduct sales talks, preparing and following up on offers
Identify and approach potential customers
Monitor the market and competition as well as analyzing customer needs
Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and customer appointments
Maintain customer data in the CRM system
Close cooperation with the internal sales team and other departments
Keep MI promotional materials up to date
Organise podcasts and webinars of MI together with the Team
Promotion of MI new products
Keep track of relevant conferences and search for speaking and publishing opportunities for MI Team worldwide
Requirements
A degree in international relations, business, economy or similar
5
10 years of experience working in Sales position is mandatory
Excellent knowledge of English
Other UN languages will be considered an advantage
Understanding global energy transition processes
Experience or knowledge of either fuel/energy/automotive industry is must
Ability or willingness to understand market and trade developments of Natural Resources globally
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-oriented and goal-driven working style
Initiative, commitment, and ability to work in a team
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
