Telemarketing Operator

Role Overview

• Respond to customers by phone and other communication channels
• Make outbound calls to customers to promote or sell services
• Schedule consultations for prospects generated by marketing campaigns
• Record activity details in the system
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys according to company guidelines
• Perform sales follow-up activities such as sending letters, faxes or emails
• Contact customers with overdue accounts to schedule meetings to renegotiate outstanding debts
• Identify customers with overdue accounts based on data in the computerized system
• Participate in technical and/or behavioral training provided by the company

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• Customer service and negotiation skills
