Build long-term relationships with your customer base and create value in every interaction
Identify and qualify customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities and independently conduct product demos
Identify customer issues, advise during escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn
Work on renewing customer contracts, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing
Track customer issues and needs and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS)
Make a key contribution to the further development of our products and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing
Requirements
You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, for example as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in Customer Success
Strong active listening and empathy skills that enable you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers
You enjoy helping customers from a wide range of companies and industries get the most out of Circula’s products
You are willing to question existing processes and propose new ideas to optimize the account management process
Communication is your passion. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English.
