Identify business opportunities and map requirements in electronic security (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.)
Prepare technical proposals aligned with client requirements
Support the commercial team with information about products, technologies and industry trends
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of equipment and systems to validate solutions with clients (POC)
Maintain contact with integrators, distributors and manufacturers to stay updated on the product portfolio
Ensure delivery and implementation of project solutions comply with the defined scope
Provide training to clients and teams on the correct use of deployed systems
Serve as a point of contact for technical questions, adjustments and improvements after sale
Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators, proposing continuous improvements
Develop strategies for contract retention and expansion, offering upgrades and new solutions.

Proven experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems and automation solutions
Ability to perform technical surveys and propose customized solutions for different segments (residential, corporate, industrial)
Skilled in training and upskilling clients and internal teams
Good communication and a consultative approach, focused on long-term relationships
Knowledge of monitoring software and configuration of security systems
Familiarity with IP networking, structured cabling and electrical infrastructure
Official certifications from brands such as Hikvision, Control iD and Nice (highly valued)
Network certification will be considered a plus
