Inside Sales Representative I – Part Time

Role Overview

• Drive sales efforts by working closely with contractors to quote and sell products.
• Provide all program, project, and contractor support with sufficient volume and velocity.
• Manage all aspects of project submittals for customers, ensuring smooth processing.
• Maintain a record of all communications and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Proactively manage bidder lists and provide technical information to contractors.
• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents.
• Bias to phone calls with follow-up with email.
