Engage NHS radiology stakeholders as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong clinical imaging knowledge (radiographer background preferred).
Conduct frequent face-to-face site visits to drive engagement, support adoption, run clinical demos, and gather customer feedback.
Support customer events and broader NHS engagement activities to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
Identify and create new opportunities through proactive outreach, market insights, and creative problem-solving.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial presentation through to commercial negotiation and deal closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including leading major contract negotiations.
Maintain a qualified pipeline and consistently meet or exceed regional bookings targets.
Contribute strategic input on navigating the NHS and broader healthcare market.
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
Provide detailed regional market analysis, including TAM and market penetration plans.
Collaborate with the Regional Director and leadership on regional strategy, planning, and monthly performance measures.
Forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Liaise with product teams to provide structured market insights and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate opportunity information in Salesforce, including pricing, status, and timelines, to ensure reliable forecasting.
Prepare proposals and quotations through Harrison.ai’s commercial processes.
Provide regular activity updates and participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director.
Flex work hours when required for key commercial activities (e.g., early/late clinical sessions or strategic meetings).
Requirements
Creative commercial problem-solver, able to identify, create, and advance new opportunities.
Self-starter with strong personal accountability and ability to operate autonomously.
Experience in radiology environments (e.g. PACS, RIS, imaging AI) and relevant clinical workflow knowledge.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine approach based on real-world customer experience.
Working knowledge and experience of NHS procurement pathways.
Strong ethics and experience operating within a structured or regulated sales environment.
Highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable with frequent regional travel (up to 50%).
Desirable: Experience selling into NHS radiology services or imaging networks.
Strong experience executing the full business development and sales cycle from first conversation to deal closing.
