Support core HR activities across various areas such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, immigration, compliance, and employee support.
Assist in providing HR services to over 750 employees in multiple locations including several Virginia locations, New York City, Miami, Mexico City, and São Paulo.
Work alongside and learn from highly experienced HR professionals, with regular collaboration and guidance.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and day‑to‑day problem solving.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or a related administrative HR role
University degree – preferably HR, but experience supersedes classrooms
Interest in developing a broad HR skill set, beyond a single specialty
Strong attention to detail, paired with a willingness to ask questions and learn
A people‑focused mindset with the ability to build trust and positive working relationships
Comfort working in a fast‑changing environment, where priorities may shift and flexibility is key
Tech-savvy or comfortable learning and working within a variety of systems to the fullest, including Workday, Dayforce, JIRA, Confluence.
