Deliver efficient and effective HR service support to employees and management.
Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance, and provide excellent service to support the overall HR function.
Report directly to HR Manager and work out of Corporate location.
Impact employee experience by ensuring timely and accurate HR service delivery, supporting HR initiatives, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR services.
Requirements
Relevant experience in HR service delivery or HR administration.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with HR information systems and data management tools.
Experience with HR software platforms and reporting tools.
Organization management
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR services or HR administration roles.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
