Build pipelines for both specialized (AI/tech) and high-volume or operational roles
Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches
Use AI to increase speed and quality
Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others in your daily work
Build and improve workflows using AI (e.g., outreach, screening, coordination)
Automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency across the hiring funnel
Partner closely with leadership
Work directly with the CEO and Recruiting Lead on active roles
Calibrate profiles, align on priorities, and move quickly on decisions
Act as a thought partner across different types of hires
Manage candidate experience and process
Run structured and efficient interview processes
Ensure strong communication with candidates across all roles
Track pipelines and performance using ATS tools (Ashby or similar)
