Be at the heart of preparing, supervising and ensuring the successful delivery of construction works
Work across the entire project lifecycle, in close collaboration with internal teams and partner contractors
Supervise and mentor 1–2 technical/project engineers
Promote skills development and maintain a positive team dynamic
Integrate into a multidisciplinary project team
Contribute to coordinating expertises in support of a shared vision
Develop intervention methodologies and define technical specifications
Estimate timelines and costs for technical solutions
Analyze technical proposals as part of consultations and tender processes
Approve contractors' execution documents
Organize and conduct Quality / Safety / Environmental (QSE) inspections and controls
Manage contractual and financial aspects of contracts: costs, schedules and risks
Prepare and conduct Operations Prior to Acceptance (OPR)
Capture and apply lessons learned
Proactively propose improvements to modernize practices and optimize methods

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years' experience in engineering as an Owner's Engineer (Maître d’Oeuvre) or in a contractor role managing works in the underground sector
Autonomous and able to take initiative
Strong managerial skills
Rigorous, organized and methodical
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility
