Role Overview
- Active management of a portfolio of mid-sized customers
- Development of individual Energy Champion roadmaps for each customer
- Conducting business reviews
- Close collaboration with customer-side energy managers
- Acting as the internal voice of the customer
- Building and further developing a small CSM team
- Identifying upsell and expansion potential within the existing customer base
Requirements
- Background in energy (energy consultant or energy manager)
- 3–5+ years in energy consulting or experience in energy management
- Proven experience implementing or operating an Energy Management System (EnMS), including ISO 50001
- Knowledge of relevant energy management system requirements (EED, ISO 50001, BAFA, etc.)
- Experience leading a team
- Hands-on mentality with direct customer-facing work
- Fluent German, strong English
