The BDR is a key member of the commercial team, responsible for creating business opportunities for Global.
Your mission is to identify companies that can benefit from our solutions and qualify them for the Inside Sales team or the Business Manager team, depending on the prospect profile.
Research and map companies and decision-makers that match Global’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
Conduct active outbound prospecting through calls, emails and messages using the available tools.
Engage leads and spark interest through strategic, personalized outreach.
Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and challenges.
Schedule meetings for the Inside Sales team and Commercial/Business Managers and ensure structured handoffs of information.
Log all interactions in the CRM for analysis and optimization of the sales process.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams to improve demand generation strategies.
Monitor metrics and KPIs to continuously improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Previous experience as a BDR
Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound approaches.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
Goal-oriented profile, focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive, Bitrix or similar) is a plus.
Experience prospecting products and solutions for the financial area, preferably focused on credit and collections, is a plus.
