Act as the lead for the operational deployment of generative AI assistants across Timenow's business areas;
Ensure the success of Kyno as Timenow's AI platform by driving adoption aligned with LLM best practices, encouraging regular use, and achieving measurable impact on business processes;
Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, technical specialists, and developers to identify AI (primarily LLM) use opportunities, map use cases, and prioritize deployments;
Configure, optimize, and monitor AI assistant applications, adjusting prompts, workflows, rules, and parameters according to process objectives;
Design and implement knowledge management techniques for the knowledge bases of LLM assistants;
Monitor usage, engagement, efficiency, and operational impact metrics of deployed assistants;
Support change management by enabling end users, conducting training, collecting feedback, and driving continuous improvements;
Prepare impact reports demonstrating efficiency and productivity gains, cost reductions, risk mitigation, and other AI-generated benefits;
Serve as a focal point for inquiries, functional support, and dissemination of best practices related to the use of generative AI and Kyno;
Contribute to standardizing methods, patterns, and deployment approaches for AI to support solution scalability;
Support the continuous evolution of agents and use cases in collaboration with technical and product teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields;
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting across departments;
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Comfort leading training sessions and supporting end users;
Basic knowledge of LLMs and AI assistants (e.g., GPTs).
Experience with generative AI, AI agents, copilots, or building LLM assistants;
Experience in organizational environments, especially front-office areas (Sales and Marketing) and back-office (HR, Procurement, Finance, Controllership, etc.);
Knowledge of prompt engineering, automations, or flow logic;
Experience measuring ROI, operational efficiency, or productivity gains;
Experience deploying digital solutions, automations, analytics, or tools and systems for organizing information and knowledge.
