Lead and manage QA engineers, including mentoring, performance management, and career development
Define team goals, KPIs, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives
Own end-to-end QA delivery across projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and release readiness
Establish, standardize, and continuously improve QA processes, workflows, and best practices
Define and track quality metrics (coverage, defect leakage, automation rate, etc.) and report to stakeholders
Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and execution
Act as the main QA point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and quality status
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams from client side
Lead design and evolution of automation frameworks (UI & API) and oversee implementation of automated regression testing and CI/CD integration
Drive adoption of AI-driven QA workflows, improving team productivity and test coverage
Lead development and implementation of autonomous/agentic QA systems and evolve self-healing automation, including automated test updates via PRs and flaky test stabilization for test generation, maintenance, and analysis
Requirements
5+ years in QA with strong experience in automation and QA best practices
Experience managing QA teams and direct reports
Proven ownership of QA delivery and stakeholder communication
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (UI & API) and building frameworks from scratch (POM, SOLID)
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Experience with AI-first QA workflows and tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
Understanding of prompt engineering for QA automation use cases
Experience or willingness to drive building or working with autonomous/agentic QA systems (test generation, maintenance, analysis)
Experience with Playwright MCP / CLI-based automation workflows or similar advanced setups
Experience implementing self-healing automation (auto-fixes via PRs, flaky test handling, selector healing)
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive QA AI transformation
