Visit customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair.
Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service.
Requirements
HS Diploma with 4+ years experience and/or vocational training in a technical, scientific, or engineering background or relevant military experience is preferred.
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
