Senior Performance Marketing Manager – SEA & Paid Social

Role Overview

• Development and implementation of the SEA strategy (and future expansion to Paid Social)
• Planning, setup and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Retargeting setups and expansion of conversion tracking structures via Google Tag Manager
• Performance analysis and A/B testing – at both campaign and landing page level
• Preparation of weekly reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA / Paid Search
• Proven budget responsibility in the paid marketing environment
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for KPI analysis, dashboards and forecasts
• Experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing
• Ability to pursue goals independently and derive actions when performance deviates
• Strong communication skills – you can summarize results clearly, manage expectations and escalate internally when necessary
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
