About this role

Strategic planning, implementation and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) within performance marketing
Setup, management and continuous optimization of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Analysis of key performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and CTR and deriving concrete optimization measures
Close collaboration with creative, copy, e‑commerce and video teams to develop high-performing campaigns
Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and the ongoing development of our Meta performance marketing activities
Support with operational tasks in Google Ads, such as campaign creation and maintenance

At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
Confident use of Meta Ads Manager and experience in campaign optimization
Understanding of tracking, analytics and performance KPIs such as CTR, CAC and ROAS
Proactive, structured working style and a pronounced test-and-learn mentality
Initial experience with Google Ads and a personal interest in developing skills in this channel
Fluent English (C1); German skills at B1 level are a plus
