At Lexroom.ai, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
This is a fast-track program with structured rotations to turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months.
You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs: 3-6 months as SDR, then 6 months as BDR, followed by a transition into AE Inbound or AE Outbound for another 6 months.
You will be trained within the Lexroom Sales Academy with structured modules on sales methodology, pipeline management, use of AI in sales, and personal performance.
Requirements
Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Italian and English.
High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.
You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.
You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.
