Role Overview

• Responsible for revenue of one of the largest B2C coaching companies in the German-speaking market
• Lead a team of setters and closers
• Optimize closing performance
• Conduct weekly 1:1s
• Responsible for team revenue and cash collected
• KPI tracking and weekly reporting to management

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
• Average deal value > €3,000
• Experience with the setter-closer model
• Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with verifiable results
• Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
• Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
• Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
