Role Overview

• Monitor and manage customer service activities, administratively coordinating the execution of processes related to installation, faults and provisioning.
• Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
• Responsible for guiding personnel who will work in the field, assisting in problem analysis and resolution, and providing technical support for data equipment diagnostics.

Requirements

• Completed high school
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of networks and operating systems, generally Windows and Linux
