Partnering with IT Business Partners and the Regional PMO LATAM to map, document, and define/tailor business processes (AS IS / TO BE)
Gathering, mapping, and documenting business requirements regardless of initiative size
Identifying solution usage and adoption levels
Working closely with IT BPs, IT LATAM Solutions Architect, and IT CoE LATAM Head
Creating test plans and test cases based on user and functional specifications
Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong critical thinking
Stakeholder management skills
Effective communication
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Teamwork and organizational skills

Ability to drive change and influence others
Data analysis skills
Upper Intermediate (B2) English level or higher
Experience in Business Process Mapping (AS IS / TO BE), requirements gathering, functional specifications, UAT leadership, solution adoption, data analysis.
