About this role

Manage paid media channels such as Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and others;
Monitor daily performance metrics, identifying and reporting optimization opportunities;
Prepare and maintain reports using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, and Google Analytics;
Support the planning and execution of promotions, focusing on sales, revenue, and new customer acquisition;
Assist in influencer selection and validate scripts and produced content;
Propose and optimize Growth team workflows;
Work closely with CRM and commercial planning teams, supporting multi-channel initiatives aimed at customer retention and recovery;
Handle invoice control and data entry into the SAP system.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields (in progress or completed);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and generating new ideas;
Results-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a team;
Proficient in Excel;
Intermediate English;
Experience in digital marketing;
Experience with analytical/data analysis tools;
Good interpersonal skills and a sense of humor ;)
