Role Overview
- Prepare and monitor the client portfolio.
- Perform collections for internal and external clients.
- Conduct collection activities via email and telephone.
- Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Experience in collections.
- Knowledge of reporting delinquent accounts to credit bureaus (e.g., Serasa and similar agencies).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
