Requirements

Support for administrative collections using alternative renegotiation channels (WhatsApp and e-mail);
We work with individual and team targets, aiming to reduce delinquency and increase recovery;
Renegotiation strategies;
Positive and effective communication with customers and the team;
Experience in outbound and inbound collections is a plus;
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork;
Strong argumentation, persistence, empathy;
Motivated and curious to learn;
Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously and to make quick entries;
Proficiency with technology and strong keyboard skills;
Persuasion skills aimed at increasing debt recovery;
Microsoft Office tools (Outlook and Excel primarily);
Negotiation techniques;
High school diploma.
