About this role

Oversee Maine program contracts and strategic partner relations
Serve as primary CAA liaison to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)
Ensure CAA meets performance metrics outlined in statute, regulations and contracts
Coordinate with the CAA national team for registration, reporting and fee collection processes
Support the development of guidance materials for producers
Manage auditing, technical assistance, procurement, and other operating functions
Coordinate strategic partners and engage local communities and stakeholders
Conduct required studies and manage data and reporting obligations
Track and analyze needs assessments for EPR programs
Provide regular updates to CAA leadership on EPR program development
Represent CAA in state and regional meetings
