Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis
- Certifications in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean, or ITIL are a plus but not required
- Leadership experience and talent development
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong communication skills in German
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
