Assist with daily analysis of reconciliations and in-transit invoices.
Support monitoring of logistics KPIs and period closings (TMAC, damages, inventories).
Support management of logistics materials (pallets, slats, stretch film).
Assist with updating inventory and compliance reports.
Assist with on-site audits at critical sites in São Paulo (inventory discrepancies, pallet losses, damages).
Support consolidation of factory and distribution center (DC) inventories.
Assist with validation of the pallet fleet and logistics materials.
Support analysis of automatic scales and operational impacts.
Update variance, damage and inventory reports.
Support preparation of reports for corporate and regional meetings.
Assist in preparing materials for meetings (corporate RR, Controls Committee).
Support alignment meetings with Production Planning and Control (PCP), Industrial Engineering (IE) and regional teams.
Assist in managing critical processes and tracking project progress.

Currently enrolled in a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, charts), PowerPoint and Power BI.
Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP or logistics management systems.
Previous experience in logistics or operations.
Interest in logistics processes and inventory management.
