Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel’s operational departments
Oversees the daily operations of a dual-branded property operating as Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott
Works closely with the General Manager to ensure both hotels achieve operational excellence, strong financial performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction
Ensures compliance with brand standards, operational policies, and service culture established by Marriott
Monitors guest satisfaction scores, survey feedback, and online reviews to identify opportunities for service improvement
Supports the development and execution of the annual operating budget and business plan
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience in a high-level operations role or prior general manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience managing operations within branded hotels preferred
Must speak fluent English
