Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, creating and maintaining sales and marketing assets, including demos, presentations, and visual materials used in customer engagements.
Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape.
Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions to effectively support demos and presentations.
Assist in the sales process by preparing presentation decks, demo environments, and supporting materials, as well as coordinating meetings when needed.
Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships.
Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales support activities and materials within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
Requirements
Strong interest in sales, design, technology, and customer engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support clear and compelling presentations.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-support and design-focused role.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the sales team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in presentation and demo preparation.
Computer proficiency and familiarity with common business and presentation software applications.
Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
