Head of Performance and Growth

Role Overview

• Lead the performance and growth strategy for credit, owning the full lifecycle:
• origination → activation → monetization → collections → loss. Responsible for the profitability of private-label credit operations in retail.
• Ability to translate complex models into measurable financial impact
• Develop business plans for private-label and network-branded credit operations
• Manage a team focused on growth and growth initiatives
• Design new business models and monetization strategies
• Model unit economics and credit P&L
• Build actionable KPIs for performance, risk and monetization
• Structure performance-oriented roadmaps leveraging technology, data and product

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields
• MBA, specialization or postgraduate degree in Finance, Analytics, Risk Management, Economics or Strategy
• Proven experience in leadership roles focused on credit, risk, collections, performance and/or growth
• Strong experience in retail, financial services, payments, consumer credit, BNPL, banks, fintechs, private-label programs and network-branded cards
• Experience building and executing business plans, forecasting and financial models
• Experience managing collections and implementing initiatives to improve profitability in retail
