Role Overview
- Coordinate with event hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual event logistics, schedules, and technical needs
- Support live virtual events by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions
- Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms
- Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule
- Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively
- Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up
- Help instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for students
- Support the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbook
- Assist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions
- For the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions. Get in front of 40+ customers to orient them to the course and set the tone
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups
- Comfortable on video; confident helping run live sessions on Zoom and similar platforms
- Available 20 hours per week, with some evening availability (option for extended hours in over the summer!)
- Able to start immediately; preference given to applicants who can continue through the summer and into the fall
