About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Business Solutions area as the central point of contact for consulting on Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud.
- Analyze customer processes, IT systems, and individual requirements to develop tailored cloud solutions.
- Accompany and advise customers in the pre-sales phase, from requirements analysis to presenting solution proposals.
- Plan and conduct workshops and create compelling use cases.
- Provide advice on adoption and change management topics, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Completed IT degree, vocational training, or equivalent professional experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online) and Azure cloud services (VMs, networking, backup & restore).
- Initial experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and AVD/W365 environments.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and the Power Platform is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert are advantageous.
- Analytical, methodical approach and strong service orientation.
- Fluent in German and English.
