Design, setup, testing and continuous optimization of Piano Composer journeys/experiences: registration flows, paywall offers, print upsell/cross-sell, trigger and nurture journeys.
Segmentation and audience logic based on behavioral and CRM data (including personalization and offer logic).
Implementation and operation of real-time journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (trigger
and segment-based).
Journey monitoring, KPI tracking, A/B testing and ongoing conversion and retention optimization.
Close collaboration with editorial, product, data/BI, CRM/sales teams and external tech partners.
Documentation of learnings and building best-practice libraries (templates, playbooks).
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in audience development, CRM, marketing automation, subscription/paywall environments or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with journey/experience builders (ideally Piano Composer; alternatively Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong understanding of registration/subscription funnels, paywalls and retention mechanisms.
Initial hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys or comparable real-time orchestration platforms.
Automation mindset, preferably with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow.
Affinity for AI (segmentation, next-best-action, testing, content recommendations).
Basic skills in simple creative assets/content production (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma).
Analytical, structured, experimental and KPI-driven working style.
Very good German and English; Italian or a Scandinavian language is a plus.
