Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes
Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Enhance Employer Value Proposition through various initiatives
Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and motivation
Plan and organize team events
Lead and develop your team including the HR Payroll & Admin Manager and the Office Manager

Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources Management, or equivalent
5+ years of professional experience in a generalist HR role within a startup or dynamic growth environment
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of responsibilities
Open to change in a dynamic environment
Digital mindset and experience with SaaS-based tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Travelperk)
Proficient in both English and German
