Role Overview
- Create an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel empowered to customize their space.
- Promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter.
- Ensure your team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences.
- Guide company programs, increase sales, and set your store to exceed expectations.
- Report to the Regional Manager.
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail business environments.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
